Vista Pointe is a family-owned assisted living center serving Menomonee Falls, WI, and the surrounding area. We pride ourselves on being a smaller facility, which allows us to provide individualized care and remain close to each resident and their family. Because we are not corporate-driven, sensible decisions can be made on a daily basis.
The Vista Pointe Story
My name is Jill Geidel, and I am a Registered Nurse. I have worked in long-term care with the elderly for 25 years and would never dream of doing anything else. It is truly my passion! I am married and have two amazing children.
Other than my family, nothing makes me smile more than being surrounded by seniors. I grew tired of working for corporations that continually cut staff and stretched teams thin. Personally, I couldn’t give my patients what they deserved and it was always so frustrating to me. They looked forward to my visit, and I hated having to cut it short as I had 25 other patients waiting for me. I had to do something different, for both myself and the elderly who needed me. I decided to open my facility and run things the way they should be run — with staff that has the time and same passion that I do.
